APPEARANCE: Deep garnet red

AROMAS: Ripe red berry fruit with notes of coffee, cacao and vanilla

TASTE: Rich concentration of ripe red fruits with dried plum, some savoury notes and hint of spiciness. Full bodied; elegant and super supple, with soft, silky tannins and a very long finish

FOOD PAIRING: Decant, then serve with either steak, roasts or strong cheeses
