Made exclusively with Glera grapes, as with a traditional Prosecco, and using the Charmat method. Pale straw colour with a hint of green, this wine demonstrates all the characteristics you would expect of this grape variety.
Persistent fine bubbles with good mousse. Light and refreshing with well balanced acidity, it has a slightly bitter finish, typical of Prosecco. Makes an ideal aperitif or accompaniment to light meals.
