FOOD PAIRING: Best served well chilled as an aperitif but also works with hors d’oeuvres, salads and salmon

TASTE: Fresh, soft creamy palate reveals strawberry flavours overlaid with biscuity toastiness. Medium bodied, reflecting the short stint in oak enjoyed by wine prior to bottling. Delicate mousse and fine bubbles, with long persistence on finish
