Oxford Wine Festival Report

We’re pleased to report our eleventh showing at the Oxford Wine Festival was another great success! Held over three sessions (on 18-19th September) in central Oxford the 2026 show attracted around 1800 discerning visitors and some 25 exhibitors, each presenting their distinctive wines from specific regions around the world.

Go Brazil would like to thank all those visited and purchased from our stand, both those new to Brazilian wine as well as our many returning customers.

Some of the highlights included Pizzato’s Egiodola (a gutsy, earthy red variety originating in the French Basque region), together with Don Guerino’s beautifully textured Alvarinho and their punchy Cemento red blend, which is aged in concrete ‘eggs’. As ever, the Geisse Traditional Method sparklers were much appreciated, not least the Blanc de Noirs Brut 2021 – which coincidentally appears in this month’s Decanter magazine, scoring 93 pts.

Our thanks also to Chris and his team for putting on an excellent show, again!
