APPEARANCE: Light crimson, with some ageing apparent on rim
AROMAS: Prominent raspberry and strawberry notes
TASTE: Light in style, dry, unoaked and with plenty of succulent ripe red berry fruit. Super soft tannins and very rounded on the palate
FOOD PAIRING: Hugely versatile but best paired with white meat dishes – especially chicken or turkey – salads or even grilled salmon…or serve lightly chilled as an aperitif.
OVERALL: A lovely fruity, easy-drinking Pinot, excellent value, suitable for all occasions
