Very light yellow-green in colour, this a fruit-driven style of SB from the most recent, 2025, vintage. It shows keen notes of passion fruit, mingling with more discreet hints of tomato leaf and cut grass. Light-medium bodied and with a refreshing acidity, this is a hugely enjoyable, very well made white wine from one of Brazil’s emerging regions*.
Serve well chilled as an aperitif or enjoy with canapés, fish, seafood or white meat dishes.

*Nestled at 500m altitude in the southwesterly hills of Minais Gerais, an inland state neighbouring both Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, the winery exemplifies the most exciting and fastest developing trend in Brazilian winemaking: that of the ‘winter’ harvest*. In summary, white grapes are picked in late June/early July (reds a month later), when the weather is generally dry and cold and, importantly, when there is a wide variation in day-night (‘diurnal’) temperatures.
