Description
ABV: 12.5%
APPEARANCE: Deep gold colour with green reflexes
AROMAS: Pronounced tropical notes, including mango and passion fruit, overlaying yeasty aromas
TASTE: Palate is dry, soft and rounded, medium-bodied. Complex, with tropical fruits wonderfully intertwined with biscuity-brioche flavours. Fine bubbles and persistent long finish. 70% Chardonnay / 30% Pinot Noir blend, with 24 months lees ageing. No oak used
FOOD PAIRING: A great aperitif but works well too with light chicken dishes, risottos or salads
OVERALL: A top Brazilian wine, arguably the most rich and complex of all our Brut sparklers
Awarded IWC Silver Medal (2013 & 2015) and 91 points by Decanter magazine (Oct 2018)
