Campos de Cima Brut 2011 (Traditional Method)

£23.99

Out of stock

An outstanding Brazilian mature sparkling wine (awarded International Wine Challenge Silver Medal in 2013 & 2015), arguably the most rich and complex of all our Brut sparklers.

Apologies but we’re now sold out.

Production of this and other Campos de Cima Trad Method sparkling wines was moved ‘in-house’ and we’re now waiting for them to mature, as they remain on the lees for at least 2 years. We anticipate availability in 2024!

Description

ABV: 12.5%

APPEARANCE:  Deep gold colour with green reflexes

AROMAS: Pronounced tropical notes, including mango and passion fruit, overlaying yeasty aromas

FOOD PAIRING: A great aperitif but works well too with light chicken dishes, risottos or salads

OVERALL: A top Brazilian wine, arguably the most rich and complex of all our Brut sparklers
