APPEARANCE: Very pale yellow with green reflexes
AROMAS: A blend of floral notes and more tropical aromas of pineapple, mango and melon
TASTE: Soft pineapple and peach flavours predominate; wine is crisp, dry and light bodied with just a hint of spritz on palate (nb. it doesn’t have either the searing acidity or ‘minerality’ of a German Rhine Riesling!)
FOOD PAIRING: Try with salads, hors d’oeuvres, cold meat plates or mildly spiced dishes
OVERALL: A dry, tropically flavoured white wine, ideal as an aperitif and for informal drinking
