An understated but beautifully balanced Malbec, with good ageing potential. 

Nb. we now only have a handful of bottles remaining (@ 22/05/20), of both the 2017 & 2018 vintages!

Until the new vintage arrives, we would recommend Guerino’s gorgeous Reserva Teroldego as an alternative or the Campos de Cima Três Bocas (Tempranillo/Malbec/Tannat blend), or Pizzato’s Fausto Tannat. See more here:

ABV: 13%

APPEARANCE:  Bright, with a deep purple core

AROMAS: Vibrant and youthful notes of violets and mulberry, perhaps tobacco too

TASTE:  Restrained but rich blackcurrant, plummy palate, very well integrated oak and touch of sweetish caramel from French oak barrels. Rounded tannins, decent acidity, medium to full bodied.

FOOD PAIRING: Roast chicken, grilled red meats or mature hard cheeses

OVERALL: Our bestselling red in 2018 & 2019, a very approachable and versatile wine!
