TASTE: Rich concentration of ripe red fruits with dried plum, some savoury notes and hint of spiciness. Full bodied; elegant and supple, with soft, silky tannins and a very long finish
FOOD PAIRING: Decant, then serve with either steak, roasts or strong cheeses
OVERALL: Pizzato’s flagship wine, produced from a single block and only in the best vintages, arguably the finest red produced in Brazil. Now drinking superbly.
