Go Brazil is delighted to announce that a ‘special’ report on Brazilian wine has just been made available via the website of Tim Atkin MW, following multiple visits to the country last year by the report’s author, Gabi Zimmer.
Our understanding is that it gives a comprehensive and accurate picture of Brazil’s wines and wineries, as well as the local industry more generally. Indeed, several hundred individual wines across all categories were tasted, and scored.
Most of the wineries represented by Go Brazil are mentioned and, perhaps not surprisingly, the feedback on their wines appears to have been extremely positive, and certainly in line with other critics’ comments (e.g. Decanter, Guía Descorchados, etc..).
