Oxford Wine Club Tasting

Go Brazil was delighted to have had the opportunity to present a tasting of Brazilian wines to the prestigious Oxford Wine Club, a group comprising wine professionals and enthusiasts based in the historic university city.

With the aim of highlighting both the breadth and depth of modern Brazilian wine-making, the tasting included a Traditional Method sparkler from Familia Geisse, followed by still wines from Pizzato, Guaspari, Don Guerino and Campos de Cima. To finish the evening, guests enjoyed the ‘Tannat Licoroso NV’ from Campos de Cima, a fortified 18% Abv. red wine which has been aged in barrel for six years.

We would like to record our thanks to the Oxford WC, in particular to club chairman Richard and his colleague John (credit for images below), for the invitation. Congratulations also on the club’s silver anniversary which was celebrated last year!
