Pink fizz will add to the romance of the occasion. Some examples include our Don Guerino Malbec Rosé, Amadeu Traditional Method Pinot Noir fizz and a sweet blush Moscato, also from Don Guerino.

If so, our party cases are ideal: the ‘Carnival’ is a mixed case for those who may be new to Brazilian wines, the ‘Ipanema’ is for those who love celebrating with fizz and the ‘Rio’ is a 12 bottle selection with our Zeca cachaça ( Brazilian rum ) also included!
If you would like advice on which wines to match with the menu at your wedding reception, dinner dance or other occasion, we will be delighted to make suggestions about which wine will best partner each individual course. Delicate or subtle flavours shouldn’t be overwhelmed, so a more neutral style of wine may be appropriate: our lightly oaked Don Guerino Chardonnay, for example, is very versatile and would fit the bill. However, for more robust, spicy or well-seasoned dishes, a heavier wine is likely to appeal and from our range of reds we would perhaps suggest the Fausto Merlot, aged Sanjo Cabernet Sauvignon or the Pizzato Reserva Tannat.
