A relatively new addition to the Go Brazil portfolio, this is a complex, high quality barrel-aged 100% Cab Sauv from the respected Don Guerino family winery.
Winemaker Bruno Motter, who studied oenology in Mendoza, Argentina, is one of the new wave of talented younger producers, as evidenced by his ‘Brazil’s 2023 Winemaker of the Year’ award.
This is a Reserva quality red which has matured well – and will continue to do so. On nose mildly oaked aromas intermingle with dark plum and cherry fruit, together with more savoury hints of black olive, coffee and cedar. Palate is dry, intense and full-bodied, with a lingering finish.
