AROMAS: Hints of jasmine or lychee on a delicate, floral nose, with notes too of nectarine and peach, perhaps a touch of honey
TASTE: Lovely fresh tropical fruit – especially passionfruit – with lively citrus and grapefruit acidity; light to medium bodied with a hint of spritz, and a lemon/lime kick on a lingering finish
FOOD PAIRING: Well chilled, makes an ideal aperitif but can equally be matched with canapés, salads, cured meats, chicken and vegan/vegetarian dishes
