Garibaldi Itálico Riesling NV

Produced by the outstanding Garibaldi co-operative, the most recent winery to join Go Brazil’s stable of suppliers, this is a light-bodied, dry white, ideal for everyday warm weather drinking and supplied under screwcap.

A touch floral on the nose, it is a non-vintage 100% Itálico Riesling – one of Brazil’s most widely planted grape varieties – and shows hints of both melon and citric notes on the palate.

Quite low in alcohol at 11.5% Abv., we recommend serving well chilled, either as an aperitif or alongside salads, canapés, seafood, white meat or vegetable-based dishes. 

Also produced from the same grape variety, although a little fuller in style, is our single vintage Don Guerino’s Itálico Riesling

Nb. Please remember not to confuse ‘Itálico Riesling’ with German Rhine Riesling (actually no relation!), as the two grapes are very different..
