Description
ABV: 12%
APPEARANCE: Clear; light straw-green
AROMAS: Pronounced green apple and pear nose, with a very slight floral scent
TASTE: Dry to very slightly off-dry, light, fresh and clean with moderate acidity. On palate, appley flavours combine well with light yeasty and toasty notes derived from 12-15 months lees ageing. Abundant & persistent fine bubbles and a generous mousse. Well rounded on the palate, light to medium bodied.
FOOD PAIRING: Recommended as an aperitif but try also with seafood, salads or white meat dishes
OVERALL: Well made and great value Trad Method fizz, our best-selling sparkling white wine, highly recommended for gifting or entertaining – but won’t disappoint on other occasions!
