A fuller-bodied style of Pinot Noir, aged in French oak barrels for three months. Perfumed red berry fruit with vegetal undertones on nose; juicy quince, damson and strawberry flavours dominate on palate, while hints of vanilla and spice can be picked up on the finish. Tannins are softish and acidity fresh.
A gutsy PN which works well with mushroom-based dishes, game or heavier red meats!
